How do I track my order?
Once we receive your order, we will confirm the address with you and then provide you a tracking number, with which, you can easily track your order on the courier's website.
How do I order customized products?
Just send us your design! A high definition photo or scan file will be sufficient. Don't be shy if you are not sure about the final look of your product, our designer will assist you step by step.
What is our returns policy?
Each product is created with great care and examed stricktly before shipping. In case of quality related defects, we accept return and will place a new order for you.
